I've been playing the game on PC for a while and I'm going to be moving to PS4 because it'll run the game a lot better. I bought ARR and SB for PS4, but when I try to patch ARR (12 GB), I get this error at exactly the 1.05 GB mark. I'm staying at college right now, so I don't have any way to change networks. I've done searching and I know that this has been a long-time issue, but I've tried a bunch of ways the 'fixes' people have found and none have worked for me so far: -Cancel when it gets close to error, then recommence

-Changing DNS servers in Network Settings (I've tried Google's and 4.2.2.2/4.2.2.3, as well as Level3's servers)
-Using a proxy
-Installing a VPN (CyberGhost) on my computer and sharing the connection (with Connectify Hotspot)/using mobile hotspot when it's almost at the error

I've tried for about 4 hours today to get it to work. It only takes about 5 minutes to reach the error..
At this point I'm worried that I won't be able to play on PS4 until I get home in August (or worse, it happens at home too), meaning I just wasted money and I'll need to get SB on PC too. I'm also worried that if this is a network issue then it'll happen to my PC when I try to get SB on it, if it comes to that. Anyone know of any other possible ways to fix this? Does waiting and trying again each day work eventually?
